ResearchJanette McDougall, originally from the Philippines, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who was adopted and raised in Reno, NV. She embarked on her professional journey in an acute care environment after obtaining her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2011. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable expertise in caring for patients undergoing diverse surgical procedures, ranging from trauma and orthopedics to vascular and cosmetic surgeries. Janette furthered her education by completing a Master of Science in nursing, specializing as a family nurse practitioner at Graceland University. When she's not working, she cherishes quality time with her loved ones, including their two beloved dogs.

Really nice place! Amazing staff! I’ve done Botox and laser with Amanda and Janette and VI Peel with Nikki. They’re all very good! I highly recommend this place. They’re so knowledgeable in skin care and various new and safe procedures. The staff is very accommodating with appointment scheduling and applying discounts when available. Highly recommend this medical spa.
I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so kind and professional. After being an established patient for some years now, I have my favorites. My top choices are Janette and Nikki because they are not only kind but also knowledgeable about what I truly need, rather than just trying to sell me services. When I first started coming here, I was taking hormone pills for my acne. However, Nikki emphasized that a significant part of the treatment lies in at-home care. I listened to her advice and began using the products she recommended while also putting more effort into my skincare routine. Long story short, I’ve been off my pills and solely using their products for over six months now. I’m grateful for her guidance, which has saved me money on services.
