They’re so knowledgeable in skin care and various new and safe procedures. The staff is very accommodating with appointment scheduling and applying discounts when available. I spoke with Lissette on the phone to set up the initial consultation. I found her to be friendly and helpful. Once I arrived, the office ladies were welcoming and friendly. Brittany did my consultation and I was pleasantly surprised when she told me I was not a good candidate for the fat reduction cool sculpting procedure. She could easily have said I was the perfect candidate and taken my money. She offered other options for my fat reduction. After she told me about a skincare regime, she gave me a sample packet. I would recommend Renew MD. Five star!
